Mark Jeanetta has over 25 years experience in real estate development, construction and investment analysis. He was the founding member of Paragon Development and Construction in 2016 and was also a founding member of its predecessor Paragon Investors in 2009. Over the last 12 years, Mark has developed and sold over 40 high-end single family Spec homes in the following markets, Southern CA (Brentwood Hills and Pacific Palisades), Charleston, SC (Isle Of Palms and Sullivans Island) and Atlanta, GA (Buckhead, Midtown, Marietta, Ansley Park, Sherwood Forest and Vining’s). Paragon has also been blessed with many wonderful clients over the years who have trusted us to build them Custom Homes. During this process, Mark has established wonderful working relationships with several local architects and designers including renowned Atlanta architect Linda MacArthur. Mark also developed a beautiful neighborhood bordered on 3 sides by Kennesaw Mountain National Park called The Estates at Parkside. Paragon has built several of the homes in that neighborhood and those can be seen in the Portfolio tab. Mark has recently worked with Paragon’s President of Construction Jared Dostie and Builder Jay Brown in Charleston to form a new South Carolina company called Island Construction Group.
